As a yoga teacher and fitness coach, I’ve worked with so many women who feel like they’ve lost connection with their bodies—whether due to life’s chaos, stress, or setbacks. I’ve been there too! That’s why I’ve created this 6-week progressive program: to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident and capable again.

What’s Included in sculpt & strengthen
✅ 4 Workouts a Week: These progressive, science-backed workouts require minimal equipment—a set of light and heavy dumbbells and a foam roller—and are designed to help you build strength, restore mobility, and feel your best.
✅ Progress Tracking Tools: Use the app to track macros, measurements, and more so you can see and feel your progress over the 6 weeks.
✅ Private Forum Access: You’ll join an amazing community of women who are all starting this journey with you. Share your wins, ask questions, and get the support and motivation you need!
✅ DM Access to Me: Whether you need a pep talk or have a question, I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
