Hi, I’m Sabrina — a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Breathwork teacher and wellness coach obsessed with helping others to reclaim their strength, confidence, and feeling of being at home in their bodies.
After decades of navigating my own self development pitfalls, body image issues, and health struggles the long and hard way to reclaim vitality and freedom, I’m now here to guide you to build strength and self-love through practices that honour body and mind.
