Hi, I’m Sabrina—a strength and wellness coach dedicated to helping people feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies. My own journey — from overcoming an eating disorder and autoimmune challenges to reclaiming vitality — shapes my holistic approach and drives my passion to help others.

My first experience with movement began with karate, a practice I held from ages 7-14, then through yoga which helped me begin healing from an eating disorder — a journey that would take nearly ten years. After years of trial and error, a solo trip to Southeast Asia inspired me to earn my Yoga Teacher certification and explore breathwork, sound healing, and Ayurvedic practices.

Now, as a Certified Personal Trainer with a background as a TV host, public speaker, and award-winning creative, I guide people to build strength and self-love through sustainable practices that honour both body and mind.
