Hi, I’m Sabrina — a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Breathwork teacher and wellness coach obsessed with helping others reclaim their strength and confidence, and feel at home in their bodies.
After decades of navigating my own self development pitfalls, body image issues, and health struggles the long and hard way to reclaim my vitality and body freedom, I’m now on a mission to guide others to build strength and self-love through practices that honour body and mind.
