I’ve got you and offer online & In-Person Coaching.
We'll start with some simple questions about your goals and assess your movement and what you'd like to achieve, and from there, I’ll design a custom workout plan tailored to your needs, helping you look and feel your best.
Local? You can train with me in my Whistler home gym, equipped with Rogue equipment including an Echo Bike, a variety of barbells and plates, sandbags, dumbbells, resistance bands, a box step, medicine balls and myofascial release tools — or at your home within Squamish or Whistler. I offer flexible pricing options and the option to perform a hybrid of in-person and online workouts.
